Tomorrow night (Saturday) between 7:30 and 8:30 will be the very first Earth Hour.

This is a small step towards creating awareness and action to tackle the global problem of environment change.

While the first Earth Hour is aimed at Sydneysiders, it is hoped the concept will one day go become a global event. Sydney will be turning off its lights, it will be a beautiful hour to ponder the Earth and its future.

All Earth Hour asks is that you do everything you can to reduce electricity consumption for that hour. It’s a small step, it’s largely symbolic, but it’s so very important that we all demonstrate our care of the planet through action.

Atomic supports Earth Hour, and we ask that you each consider ways to show your care and concern for our precious jewel world.

If you are able, try and stop by the Atomic site tomorrow at 7:30pm for something special.

Ben
